We only collect the information you voluntarily enter in our forms:

• Contact form: name / company, email, phone, subject and message.
• Submit a permit: name / company, email, phone, location, substance, permit status and details.
• Find a permit: name / company, email, phone, profile, substances, area, budget and type of deal sought.
• Newsletter: email address.

The site uses no cookies. Traffic is measured anonymously and in aggregate, without cookies, via Cloudflare Web Analytics — no data personally identifies you.

3. Purposes

• To handle your requests and get back to you;
• To assess and, with your agreement, connect mining-permit opportunities;
• To send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit a form (checkbox) or subscribe to the newsletter.

5. Recipients

Your data is intended for the XplorGeo team. It is never sold or rented. For mining permits, any introduction to investors or mining companies happens only with your prior agreement.

6. Hosting and retention

Submitted data is stored on the site's hosting (Hostinger) and received by email. It is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to your data. To exercise it, email us at contact@xplorgeo.com. For the newsletter, each email will let you unsubscribe.
