Equipment & technology

Professional tools, from the field to usable data

For every mission, XplorGeo selects and deploys the best-suited professional equipment — mapping drones, geodetic and surveying instruments, and processing chains — to guarantee the quality and accuracy of the data we deliver. Among our assets is a technology we build ourselves: XplorCore, our proprietary geological-data software.

Our proprietary technology

XplorCore, the geological database built for the field

Developed in-house by XplorGeo, XplorCore structures all exploration and production data — from drillholes to assays — around real field workflows, from capture to validation. It is the technological asset that sets our approach apart.

Offline-first

No server or connection required.

QAQC & traceability

Automated duplicates, blanks and standards.

Bilingual EN / FR

Full interface in both languages.

Interoperable

Export to Leapfrog, Surpac, Datamine…

Drones and aerial acquisition

For mapping and monitoring from the air, XplorGeo deploys professional drones matched to the scale and accuracy of each mission. Our data is captured at high resolution, with RTK / PPK capabilities enabling centimetre-level accuracy.

Fixed-wing mapping drones

Ideal for covering large areas in a single flight: orthomosaics, 3D models and topographic surveys over wide surfaces, with outstanding coverage efficiency.
Use: land planning, infrastructure monitoring, large-scale agriculture.

RTK & multispectral multirotor drones

Compact and versatile, for high-precision low-altitude surveys and multispectral imaging: crop monitoring, environmental surveillance and targeted inspections.
Use: smart agriculture, environment, site control.

High-precision geodesy and surveying

To anchor every project in a reliable reference frame, XplorGeo relies on high-precision measurement instruments, from satellite positioning to the total station.

GNSS RTK / PPK receivers

Precise satellite positioning for placing ground control points (GCP), georeferencing surveys and calibrating drone data.
Use: control points, boundary marking, orthophoto calibration.

Robotic total station

High-precision angle and distance measurement for surveying, staking and monitoring: control points, adjustments and as-built verification.
Use: topographic survey, staking, construction control.

Software and data processing

The value of a survey lies as much in processing as in acquisition. XplorGeo runs a software chain specialised in the management, analysis and interpretation of data.

  • Geographic information systems (GIS) and mapping
  • Photogrammetry and generation of 3D models / orthomosaics
  • Remote sensing and satellite imagery analysis
  • Mineral resource modelling and estimation
